How long in advance should I place my order for pastries and desserts?

All our goods are baked upon request, 2-3 days in advance. You will be informed if we are fully booked. For large orders, let us know as soon as you can so we can plan ahead.

How long in advance should I place my order for cakes?

For custom cakes, please place your order 3 days in advance.

How long will they last in my pantry?

For cream cakes, you may enjoy them up to 4 days after collection. For non-cream cakes, you may enjoy them up to 7 days after collection.

I have a large order, what should I do?

For large orders, generally 10 or more, please email us at dragonmamacreations@gmail.com or DM us on IG or FB. We will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your order. 

What happens if I am running late to the pick-up point?

We will wait up to 20 minutes at the pick-up point. After which, additional cost for delivery and a new time slot will be issued to you.

Dietary details?

We are not halal-certified, vegan nor gluten-free at the moment. Some products are vegetarian-friendly. Stay tuned while we R&D our way towards it.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

In the unlikelihood of cancellation, you will need to contact us 2hrs after initial order submission. We will do our best to see what we can help with your situation. A store coupon may be issued for your next purchase with us.

What happens if my cake or baked goods were damaged?

If the cake is damaged upon delivery, we will make alternative arrangements for you, or issue a 100% refund.
